Christian Service Requirement

Religion is not only a set of beliefs or rituals; it is a lived experience of habits and acts. For this reasons, students must complete and document at least 120 hours of Christian Service to graduate from Kennedy Catholic. It is expected that significant progress toward meeting this requirement will be made each year. All service must be of the appropriate type as deemed by Mr. Brian Zawiski (boys) and Ms. Susan Willis (girls).
Please download and make use of the form below to document all Christian Service. In completing the form, please adhere to the following guidelines:
  • Submit the form at the end of the year or when the page is full
  • You must include the place of service, contact person and telephone number
  • The form must be signed by the person who supervised your service
  • The form can not be signed by a parent or family member
  • Please state clearly where you did your service with a brief description
  • Make sure your name and date of graduation are clearly printed or typed
  • If you are unsure of what to do please see the bulletin board outside the Religion Office for suggestions
