The Kennedy Catholic players will perform the musical The Sound of Music from Thursday, March 5 through Sunday, March 8 in the Kennedy Catholic High School Auditorium.
The performance times are as follows:
Thursday, March 5, 7 p.m.
Friday, March 6, 7 p.m.
Saturday, March 7, 7 p.m.
Sunday, March 8, 3 p.m.
On Sunday, March 8 there will be a Mass at 12:30 p.m. celebrated by Fr. Vaillancourt, immediately followed by brunch from 1:15-2:15.
Reservations are a must! Seats are assigned for each night’s performance and all tickets will be held at the door at ‘Will Call.’
The Sound of Music was created in 1959 and is a musical with music by Richard Rogers. It is based on the memoir of Maria von Trapp, The Story of the Trapp Family Singers. It features many popular songs, such as “Edelweiss”, “My Favorite Things”, “Climb Ev’ry Mountain”, “Do-Re-Mi”, and the title song “The Sound of Music.”
If you purchase tickets at the door, tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors (65-plus), and $12 for students (five-plus). Advance ticket purchases cost $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and $10 for students. Event coupons may be used for ticket purchases.
