Homecoming Week 2023

Homecoming Week is a celebration of the new school year leading up to the Homecoming Football Game! Every year, Student Council works hard to organize fun events during and after school to bring the Gael community together as we head together into the new school year.

The Club Expo will kick things off during homeroom all week with Club Leaders manning tables for newcomers to visit and learn about all of the student groups Kennedy has to offer throughout the week.

NOTE TIME CHANGE!

UNDERCLASSMEN (9th and 10th grade) will participate in the dance from 7pm to 9pm.

UPPERCLASSMEN (11th and 12th grad) will participate in the dance from 9pm to 11pm.

This split into two sessions is due to room capacity and safety in order to offer a Homecoming Dance experience to all of our Gaels.

BUY TICKETS HERE. Your ticket purchase covers the cost of the DJ, photo booth, lights, and decorations. This dance is open only to Kennedy Catholic students.

This is an informal dance that does not require a new dress or a suit – but don’t show up in your sweats either! The dress code is CASUAL – jeans and sneakers are fine! Regarding expectations for all events hosted by the school, please remember to conduct yourself with respect, propriety, and modesty. This includes both your behavior and your attire. If you have questions about this, please refer to the Handbook guidelines regarding dress down days and special events or contact Ms. Torre.

Blue and White Funding for Education

Today, we are excited to announce the launch of our new capital campaign, Blue and White Funding for Education. Our goal is ambitious but essential: we aim to raise $1.5 million over the next three years to build a fund that will empower Kennedy Catholic to continue offering a high-quality Catholic education to even more students. As you know, the cost of a quality education is rising each year, and we are determined to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent deserving young people from receiving an education that nurtures not only their minds but also their faith.

2025 Hall of Fame Nominations Now Open

Nominations for the 2025 Induction Year are now open as of December 1, 2024. Please note that nominations can be submitted at any time and will be considered by the Hall of Fame Committee.

We invite all members of the Kennedy Catholic community to reflect on the remarkable individuals who have made significant contributions to our school and to society, and to submit their nominations for this prestigious recognition.
