Kennedy Catholic Senior Prom 2024
Senior Prom will take place from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Wednesday May 29th 2024 at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor.
Buses will leave from Kennedy Catholic Preparatory School at 5:15pm. Attendance on the bus is required for entry into the event. Buses will leave from Villa Barone at 10:00pm to return to Kennedy Catholic.
The deadline for registration and payment is Wednesday May 22, 2024 at midnight. Seating is limited and tickets will sell out when capacity is reached.

Kennedy Catholic Code of Conduct
- The dance is a school event. As such, all school policies apply. In particular, attendees must adhere to the code of conduct outlined in the 2023-2024 KCPS Student Handbook.
- Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the Catholic Christian mission of the school and applicable State laws.
- Any student not in compliance will be subject to disciplinary action including, but not limited to, dismissal from the dance and parental notification.
- All attendees agree to be subject to search prior to entry of the bus and the venue.
- Tickets are $210 and are non-refundable. In addition, tickets cannot be exchanged with another student. No tickets will be sold at the door.
- KCPS Seniors are invited. Seniors may choose to bring one guest. Seniors must register and pay first before their guest can register and pay.
All guests must:

- be either an 11th grade KCPS student OR an 11th or 12th grade student from another high school
- register and pay on the Senior Prom 2024 Guest Registration webpage

Guests who are 11th or 12th grade students from another high school must:

- provide contact information for a school administrator who can provide a verification that the student is in good standing at their school
- upload a photo of their school ID
- bring their school ID to the event
- complete the parent permission form
- agree to and sign the Code of Conduct Contract
- pending guidance from the Board of Health near the time of the event, KCPS reserves the right to require proof of negative PCR COVID-19 test taken within 3 days of the event

Attire Guidelines
Formal Attire for Young Men
- A suit, collared shirt, and tie are required. Tuxedos are optional.
- Dress shoes, dark socks, and a belt must be worn.
- Jeans, athletic shoes or sneakers, white socks, and baseball caps or hats of any kind are not acceptable.
- Hair must be cut, neatly combed, may not hang over the shirt collar and may not be bleached or dyed.
- Young men must be clean shaven.
- No earrings, excessive or inappropriate makeup, jewelry, or nail polish.
Formal Attire for Young Women
- A long formal dress, to the mid-calf or longer, is required. Slits may not extend above the top of the kneecap.
- Formal dresses with sleeves, thick straps, spaghetti straps, and strapless dresses are acceptable.
- Necklines must leave no more than 4-5 inches bare chest between collarbone and the top of the dress.
- Backs of dresses should fall no lower than 6-8 inches from the nape of the neck.
- Backless ensembles, plunging necklines, exposed midriffs, and revealing styles are not acceptable.
- Dress heels or dressy flat shoes are required.
Seniors and guests that choose not to follow the Attire Guidelines will not be permitted to enter the event until they are dressed appropriately. Kennedy Catholic seniors are responsible for ensuring any approved guests comply with the dress code.
Arrival/Departure Policy
- All attendees MUST be prompt for the buses to depart from Kennedy Catholic to Villa Barone at 5:15pm.
- All attendees must board the bus back to Kennedy Catholic Preparatory from Villa Barone at 10:00pm.
