We encourage all interested student-athletes to review the dates and times carefully and come prepared to participate. 2026 Fall Sports Tryout Schedule
- Football – 8/17, 8/18 9AM-12:30PM ALL GRADES (ARRIVE BY 8:30AM)
- Volleyball – 8/24, 8/25, 8/26
- 9th Grade – 3PM-4:30PM
- 10th & 11th Grade – 4:45PM-6:15PM
- 12th Grade & Returning Varsity Players – 6:30PM-7:30PM
- Cheerleading – 8/25, 8/26, 8/27 10AM-12PM ALL GRADES
- Girls Soccer – 8/24-8/28 9AM-11AM ALL GRADES
- Boys Soccer – 8/24-8/28 5PM-7PM ALL GRADES
- Field Hockey – 8/24 & 8/25 11AM-1PM ALL GRADES
- Girls Tennis – 9/1 3:30PM-4:30PM @ Reis Park ALL GRADES
- Cross Country – 8/24 9AM-10:30AM ALL GRADES
- Fall Baseball & Softball – 9/14 3PM VARSITY ONLY

Dominick Tassone
Kennedy Catholic competes in 25 varsity sports. Kennedy is a member of the New York Catholic High School Athletic Association. Student-athletes develop confidence and self-discipline, together with the positive concepts of sportsmanship, fair play, and the value of teamwork. Dedicated coaches work with Kennedy students to explore the meaning of excellence in the context of a game and they foster respect for the rules of the game, the officials, and the opponents. Student-athletes have the opportunity to develop leadership skills. Also, numerous other lifelong skills are taught and learned.
